How are we dealing with COVID-19?

Dear customers,

 

While you do your part in dealing with the worldwide crisis called COVID 19 and stay indoors, here are some of the things we at WEAVE SATVA are doing:

  1. Our warehouses, production units and offices are closed till further advisory by the government. We are a small self-funded business with only 3-4 people multitasking and managing your orders, dispatches, customer care, etc.
  2. Before closing down our production, we were able to stock up on some of your favorite products which you can shop online here without a worry. All our products are stored in our warehouse in sanitized conditions and none of our staff has had access to them since the lockdown was announced.
  3. Those of you who have already placed orders with us, there is absolutely nothing to worry. We have stocks, your pieces are reserved, and will be shipped at the soonest stable opportunity. 
  4. Upon resuming deliveries, we will call/whatsapp you for a confirmation of your order and dispatch orders in phases. If you wish to cancel or modify your orders, let us know before dispatch and PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL THE ORDERS ONCE SHIPPED. There might be some delays in deliveries as we will intentionally remain short staffed to ensure our safety as well.
  5. Finally, please take utmost care of your safety and DISPOSE THE OUTER PACKAGING of your order once received. WASH YOUR HANDS THOROUGHLY FOR 20 SECONDS after you do so. All our products will come in handstitched cotton bags which have also been sanitized. Please DO NOT THROW THE COTTON BAGS away.

 To ensure contactless delivery, please pay via credit card. Cash on delivery might not be permitted even post the lockdown is lifted.
